LAHORE:The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) detected 544 power pilfering spots in Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur and Okara districts during its anti-power theft drive during the last 24 hours.
Talking to reporters, a Lesco spokesman said the company had also submitted reports of the pilferage to relevant police stations and 164 FIRs have been registered so far. The Lesco officials suspended connections of 19 commercial, five agricultural, and 520 domestic consumers.
