Fake invoices

The FBR has reportedly sealed five prominent restaurants in Islamabad for issuing fake receipts. Indeed, most traders, restaurants, shopkeepers, and professionals do not hand over genuine invoices to customers all over Pakistan. Many business persons even avoid issuing any invoice. The plugging of tax evasion and tax avoidance could end up in a highly prosperous Pakistan. We would not depend on lending institutions to bail us out against default. Only persistence, tenacity and strong will can turn around the economy.
