LAHORE : Police recovered the lost purse of a Sikh pilgrim, Paramjeet Kaur, who had come to Lahore to perform annual religious rituals.

According to details, Paramjeet Kaur discovered that her handbag was missing upon reaching Gurdwara Dera Sahib. The handbag contained her passport, an expensive mobile phone, ATM cards, cash, and other important documents. She immediately reported the loss to the police. SHO Tibbi City, Sub-Inspector Hasnain Raza, initiated an investigation upon receiving the Sikh pilgrim’s complaint. Utilising human intelligence and Safe City cameras, SHO Hasnain Raza managed to trace the rickshaw driver within a few hours. He personally handed over the recovered purse to Paramjeet Kaur. The guest Sikh pilgrim expressed her gratitude to Lahore police for their relentless efforts. She stated, “Lahore Police extended full cooperation to me.
