BUREWALA: A woman and her grandson died in a road accident on Lahore Road on Thursday. Khalid Mehmood, 45, of Marzipura, Burewala, his wife Tahira Parveen, 40, and their six-day-old grandson were moving on a motorcycle when a speeding bus hit them from behind. As a result, Tahira and her grandson died on the spot and her husband suffered critical injuries and was shifted to the tehsil headquarters (THQ) hospital, Burewala.
