LAHORE:Postgraduate Medical Institute & Ameeruddin Medical College Principal Prof Dr Al-Freed Zafar has inaugurated two waiting areas constructed at Lahore General Hospital with the financial support of philanthropists.

It is worth mentioning that mist fans have also been installed in the Waiting Areas which will reduce smog and also provide cool air in summer LGH MS Dr Faryad Hussain while briefing the principal said that around 200 attendants of patients will be able to stay here for 24 hours and can take care of their patients in a proper manner while this steps will also reduce rush of people in wards and corridors.

The principal lauded the philanthropists for installing the modern facilities there. Talking to the media, Prof Al-Fareed Zafar appreciated the human spirit of the kind-hearted people who built the areas and arranged food for the people who are staying there. MS Dr Faryad Hussain said that the philanthropists are generously donating to the Lahore General Hospital, thanks to which more facilities are being created for the patients. He said that the good deeds of the people who create facilities for the suffering humanity with their own resources will not go in vain.
