PESHAWAR: A grieving resident of Khazana village in the provincial capital, who had lost three children in a tragic gas leakage explosion at his home, has appealed to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor, chief minister and other philanthropists for financial assistance.
Mian Shah Naseeb turned up at the Peshawar Press Club (PPC) to narrate his ordeal to reporters.
He said the explosion at his home left his three daughters dead and caused burn injuries to his wife and son.
“I have exhausted all his resources to get them treated,” said the citizen who was at the PPC along with his son who was injured in the explosion.
He requested immediate help, as his wife and son’s medical treatment was still ongoing and the expenses were beyond his means.
The distressed man added that he was a traditional herbal practitioner by profession and could resume his work if he received financial support.
“I have no money left to restart my business or purchase essential household items,” said Mian Shah Naseeb.
The devastated appealed to the authorities and compassionate individuals to come forward and assist him in rebuilding his life. Those wishing to help him could contact him at his cell no 0340 923 4480.
