KARACHI: Jazz has signed a three-year agreement with ENA, a JBS company, for precision cooling solutions to enhance the efficiency of its data centres.

Precision cooling is vital for mission-critical IT environments like data centres, where even minor temperature variations can affect performance. This partnership positions Jazz to deliver uninterrupted connectivity services while ensuring optimal data centre conditions, essential for the telecom sector’s ever-growing demands.

The advanced cooling solution not only supports Jazz in maintaining stable operations but also aligns with its sustainability goals by reducing carbon footprints and greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, the enhanced cooling capacity is designed to accommodate the increased processing demands of AI applications, enabling faster response times and optimised performance.

“This agreement demonstrates JBS’s ongoing commitment to promoting AI-driven sustainable solutions. It also underscores Jazz’s ability to adopt state-of-the-art technologies to enhance customer experiences,” said Veqar Ul Islam, CEO and director of JBS.

Country Leader for Schneider Electric’s Secure Power & Digital Energy division Ahsan Qamar added, “At Schneider Electric, we are dedicated to being the digital partner for sustainability and efficiency. We are thrilled to contribute to Jazz’s transformation journey and aspire to set a benchmark for energy-efficient data centres in Pakistan.”

This collaboration marks a significant step forward in advancing sustainable, high-performance data centre solutions to support next-generation connectivity in Pakistan.
