LAHORE: The Complaint Cell of the CCPO has received 11,920 applications in eleven months. According to a spokesman for Lahore Police, out of 11,920 applications 11,480 have been resolved and legal action is underway on 440 pleas. Describing the detail of the pleas, the spokesperson said 159 applications were received via CM’s Portal and 155 of them are being addressed and the remaining are under process. Additionally, 6,557 individuals visited the CCPO office in person and some 6,364 pleas had been resolved and 193 are under process.
