While the prime minister promised a three-month relief on electricity bills, we have yet to experience any tangible benefits from this initiative. Our electricity bill is still the same as it was during the summer season. It is very difficult for the middle class to pay such high bills.
There is a need to inquire into the status of this relief package and request that the relevant authorities take concrete action to ensure its effective implementation. The public deserves transparency and accountability to ensure that promised relief is actually delivered.
