ISLAMABAD: Former minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has admitted that it is for the first time that the army does not need him.
The former minister, who proudly expressed his long-standing affiliation with the establishment, expressed his indifference to PTI founder Imran Khan’s call for protest on November 24.
“I have never said anything against the army. I desire better relations with the establishment but nobody has contacted me,” he added.
