PESHAWAR: The Anti-Terrorism Court will indict former provincial minister Kamran Bangash on November 22 in a case involving an alleged attack on a police party.
ATC Judge Asadullah conducted the proceedings of the case and later adjourned the hearing for the formal framing of charges against the accused. According to the prosecution, the cops from Chamkani Police Station had raided Bangash’s hujra in an attempt to arrest PTI’s fugitive leader Murad Saeed.
