KARACHI: Bank Alfalah has officially relaunched AlfaMall, its premier e-commerce platform and the country’s largest Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) marketplace. The revamped platform now includes an exclusive BNPL option in the fashion category, marking a significant step towards enhancing the digital shopping experience for Pakistanis.

To commemorate the relaunch, an exclusive exhibition showcasing renowned designers was held at the historic Mohatta Palace, offering a celebration of style, financial empowerment and digital innovation.

The event, hosted by Bank Alfalah’s senior management, was attended by notable figures, including Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Senator Rubina Khalid, as well as consul generals from the UAE, US, and UK embassies. The event also saw the presence of CEOs from leading companies, top-tier celebrities and influencers.

One of the key highlights of AlfaMall’s relaunch is the integration of the BNPL service, which provides users with a seamless shopping experience. The BNPL service offers flexible payment options, allowing customers to purchase items without a down payment and with zero markups on instalments. Customers can choose from three-, six-, nine-, or 12-month payment plans and shop using any bank’s credit card in Pakistan.

In addition to BNPL in fashion, the AlfaMall relaunch introduces the much-anticipated 11:11 shopping festival, offering exclusive deals on high-demand categories such as mobile devices, electronics, home appliances, and motorbikes.

Another unique feature of the new AlfaMall is the ‘Hunarmand’ category, aimed at empowering local artisans. The platform has partnered with skilled craftsmen and craftswomen, particularly women artisans, to feature handmade products like ‘ralli’ quilts and intricate embroidery.
