FBR chief’s additional charge as revenue secy extended
Extension will take effect from November 8, 2024

ISLAMABAD: The additional charge of Rashid Mahmood Langrial, Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and a Grade-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, as Secretary of the Revenue Division, has been extended for three months or until a permanent Secretary of the Revenue Division is appointed.
The extension will take effect from November 8, 2024.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Jafar Ali Khan, Deputy Secretary of the Finance Division and a Grade-19 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, has been transferred, and his services have been deputed to the Civil Services Academy in Lahore. The Establishment Division has issued an official notification in this regard.
