Transferred IRS officials relieved of charge
Notification did not apply to officers who have already left their charges

ISLAMABAD: With the approval of Secretary Revenue Division, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), issued a notification on Wednesday.
As per the notification, all those officers of the Inland Revenue Service (IRS) who have been transferred or posted under the board’s notification No. 2894-IR-I/2024 dated November 8, 2024, No. 2895-IR-I/2024 and No. 2938-IR-I/2024 of November 12 2024 stand relieved of their offices. The notification did not apply to the officers who have already left their charges.
