Anti-encroachment drive launched

MANSEHRA: The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) has launched an anti-encroachment drive on Wednesday in the city and its suburbs to remove the illegal structures.
“We have removed temporary and permanent structures to ensure the smooth traffic flow,” Tehsil Municipal Officer Mazhar Muzafar Awan told reporters.A joint team from the police and TMA cleared structures along Abbottabad Road, Kashmir Road, and Shinkiari Road to clear the road.
They also removed handcarts and goods placed outside the shops and markets, warning traders of strict legal action if they encroached on roads and pavements.
