Shah Rukh Khan death threat accused held

MUMBAI: A Chhattisgarh advocate was arrested on Tuesday by Mumbai Police for issuing a death threat to Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. Faizan Khan, who also demanded a ransom of Rs 50 lakh, was arrested from his Raipur residence. Faizan Khan had previously said he would come to Mumbai on November 14 to give his statement to the Bandra police. However, since he had been receiving a lot of threats over the past two days, he wrote to the Mumbai Police Commissioner and requested that his statement be recorded virtually citing his safety.
