Pemra submitted its report in the court on petition filed against non-broadcasting name of Imran Khan on private TV channels. Pemra said in its report it had not issued any notification for not broadcasting name of Imran Khan on private TV channels, adding that the petitioner had not provided any evidence in connection with such order from Pemra.
An assistant lawyer said the counsel for the petitioner was preoccupied in Supreme Court. Justice Farooq Haider remarked he had never come. He had to only file application. The court adjourned hearing of the case for indefinite period.
