Prayer ceremonies for PM health

BAHAWALPUR: Punjab Cooperatives Minister Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channer Thursday greeted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on his successful heart surgery.
Addressing a prayer ceremony for the speedy recovery of the PM at his residence here on Thursday, the minister said that the whole nation was praying for early recuperation of Nawaz Sharif. He hoped that the prime minister would soon return to the country from the UK and lead the nation towards peace, progress and prosperity.
Meanwhile, a similar ceremony was held at the residence of MNA Begum Perveen Masood Bhatti. The participants prayed for the speedy recovery of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Quran Khawani was also held.
