ISLAMABAD: Separate fees have been fixed for the issuance of machine readable passports (MRP) and lost passports.
The fee for e-passport (36 pages) for 5 years, normal Rs3,000, urgent Rs15,000; Rs15,500 for a normal passport of 75 pages and Rs27,000 for an urgent passport; for 10 years, 36-page e-passport Rs13,500, urgent Rs24,750; Rs16,500 for normal e-passport of 75 pages, Rs27,000 for urgent; for 10 years, the normal fee will be Rs24,750 and for urgent, the fee will be Rs40,500.
Machine readable passport 5 years, 36 pages, normal fee Rs4,500, urgent Rs7,500, fast-track fee Rs13,500; MRP normal fee for 10 years is Rs6,700, urgent Rs11,200, fast-track fee is fixed at Rs16,200; MRP 72 pages for 5 years, normal fee Rs8,200, urgent Rs13,500, fast-track fee Rs19,500; 100 pages, normal fee Rs9,000, urgent Rs18,000 and fast-track Rs23,000; MRP 10 years, 100 pages, normal fee is Rs13,500, urgent fee is Rs17,000, fast track fee is fixed at Rs32,000.
Separate fees have been fixed for the first, second and third time lost passports, with Rs54,000 for the first lost passport and Rs356,000 for the third lost passport.
