TIMERGARA: Former senator and Awami National Party leader Zahid Khan and his brother Malik Ayoub Khan have decided to join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN).Sources confirmed to The News that the two brothers and ANP leaders would formally announce joining the PMLN during a function to be held at his residence at Odigram in Timergara on November 10.
Zahid Khan was twice elected as senator on the ANP ticket. He had also served as ANP central spokesman for more than 30 years. The sources said Zahid Khan decided to part ways with the ANP after he was ignored by the party leadership.
