Haideri Malang of Kacha area killed in encounter

LAHORE:Police Friday killed Haideri Malang of Kacha area. Rahimyar Khan police killed the criminal of Andhar gang. He was involved in a series of high-profile crimes, including the martyrdom of three police officers in Bhong, kidnapping for ransom, armed robberies, and attacks on law enforcement agencies.

Haideri committed numerous offences in the region. A Kalashnikov, several magazines, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were recovered from his possession following his death. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, the operation was executed based on credible intelligence in the vicinity of Daawalha Basti Saeed Abassu, near the Sindh village of Paka Chandia.

The police were backed by Elite cCommandos, armored vehicles, and heavy weaponry, and cordoned off the area and initiated a detailed search.

During search some armed criminals opened fire, leading to a gunfight with the criminals. When Haideri was killed his accomplices managed to flee into the surrounding sugarcane fields.

Haideri was a key figure in the criminal activities of the Kacha area, including organised abductions and robberies. The operation was carried out under the leadership of DSP Bhong, the SHO of Bhong Police Station, and the CIA In-charge, with substantial participation from police personnel.
