Two bike thieves arrested

LAHORE:Quaid-i-Azam Industrial Estate police Thursday booked and arrested two members of a motorcycle thieves gang. The police arrested suspects identified as Abdullah and Sher Ali and recovered two stolen motorcycles, illegal weapons and cash from them.

Meanwhile, Ravi Road police Thursday arrested a two-member gang involved in

a series of motorcycle thefts. According to a police spokesperson, accused Rehman and Rashid were arrested by police and three stolen motorcycles, cash, and illegal weapons were recovered from their possession.

Woman, acquaintance held for killing man

Gulshan-e-Iqbal police have resolved a complex murder case of Mehran Block in ten days with the help of modern technology, CDR and geo-fencing techniques.

Reportedly, Ehsan Ali was in a relationship with Areena Bibi for four years. His ties with her turned sour when Ehsan was engaged to his cousin. Areena with the collusion of her accomplice Arjuman killed Ehsan.

The police traced and apprehended both the accused. The SP Iqbal Town lauded the efforts of the SHO and his team for resolving the murder case. He also awarded them commendation certificates.
