LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz honoued the heartfelt wish of visually impaired vlogger Hafiz Muhammad Ali gifted him a new car here on Monday.
She handed him the car keys, opened the door, and assisted him into the seat. When she asked Muhammad Ali, “Are you happy?” he replied, “I am very happy.” Muhammad Ali had expressed his desire for a car during a meeting with the chief minister a few weeks ago. He expressed his gratitude, saying, “Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif is truly like a mother; only a mother can understand so deeply.”
Hafiz Muhammad Ali is not only a blind cricketer and poet but also provides expert commentary on cricket via Google. After learning the Holy Quran by heart, he mastered both Urdu and English languages out of passion and dedication, using a mobile phone with the assistance of Google Assistant.
Visually impaired Muhammad Ali is the country’s first unique vlogger, YouTuber, cricketer, and commentator. His father worked as a private driver in Karachi, which often left him feeling depressed due to being away from his family.
Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz may leave for London in a day or two for throat treatment. Family sources say that she would be travelling to London for treatment by her physician. They say that Maryam Nawaz Sharif has been suffering from a throat infection for an extended period. Additionally, there is a possibility that the chief minister may undergo surgery.
Her visit to London may last over a week, marking the first time Maryam Nawaz has travelled abroad since assuming the role of chief minister. Family sources also say that Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz are likely to return home together from London.
