Anti-encroachments drive intensified

LAHORE: Following the directives from Deputy Commissioner/Administrator Lahore Syed Musa Raza, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore (MCL) Chief Officer Shahid Abbas Kathia Monday ordered officials concerned to intensify drive against encroachments.
The MCL staff seized more than 220 items related to illegal encroachments and removed over 120 banners and streamers from major roads and neighborhoods. Kathia emphasised that organised and robust actions against encroachment mafia were underway throughout the city. He said all possible measures would be taken to eliminate encroachments.
