DAGGAR: Seven persons, including four women, were killed and four others sustained injuries when a vehicle plunged into a ravine in the Kasdoma area in Buner district on Saturday.
Police officials said the vehicle carrying passengers was on its way to Kasdoma from Swari when it met with an accident apparently due to brake failure. Seven persons died on the spot and four others sustained injuries.
The dead were identified as Bakhtaren Khan, Zahir Shah, wife of Zahir Shah, Zakirullah, Zahir, Alima and Alia.
The rescue workers reached the spot soon after the accident and shifted the injured to the district Headquarters Hospital Daggar.
