ISLAMABAD: The Military Accountant General has sought outdoor medical facilities in military hospitals to all the Grade 1-15 employees of the Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD) and their families.
Currently, the facility of outdoor medical treatment is available only to the officers of Grade 16 and above, while indoor medical facilities are available to all employees. The PMAD authorities have now intensified efforts to provide outdoor medical treatment facilities to their employees in Grades 1 to Grade 15.
On the instructions of Military Accountant General Kashif Ahmed Noor, Assistant Military Accountant General (Admin) Bahawal Raza Cheema wrote to Surgeon General DGMS (IS), AG Branch GHQ Rawalpindi, in which outdoor medical treatment facilities were sought for the employees of Pakistan Military Accounts Department in Grade 1 to Grade 15 and their families in the military hospitals, combined military hospitals, PAF hospitals, naval hospitals, AFIC, NIHD, AFI and other IS medical institutes across the country. According to the letter, the Grade 1 to Grade 15 employees had lodged complaints on the Prime Minister’s Citizen Portal demanding outdoor medical facilities.
