No one will be able to sit on the Raj Singhasan (throne) of the global superpower by the end of this year, the Vedic astrologists sitting in front of me predicted, emphasising that the post-election situation in the US would have critical impacts on the status of the only superpower of the world. Astrologically, both Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are strong personalities. However, access to the White House will not be an easy step for either of them.
In December last year, I had highlighted the predictions about the Pakistani elections made by Vedic astrologers in my weekly column. I had forecasted that after the results of the election, the PPP would emerge as the kingmaker. At that time, it was totally unbelievable. However, Mr Zardari's elevation to the highest position of the president of Pakistan and most recently PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's leading role in the approval of the 26th Constitutional Amendment proved the said predictions to be 100 per cent correct and accurate.
Similarly, I made an astrological prediction regarding the Indian elections that was also published in these pages. At a time when the popularity of the Narendra Modi-led BJP was at its peak, I forecasted that the election results would prove to be disturbing for Modi. Currently, the Indian PM, dependent on his parliamentary allies, has become much weaker than in the past.
The zodiac sign of Kamala Devi Harris, born on October 20, 1964, is Libra, which is also considered a lucky number due to being in the seventh position. Astrologically, due to the alignment of Jupiter and Saturn in her favour, Kamala's luck and success are likely to increase on Election Day. She would be in a position to give a tough time to her political rival. Moreover, her horoscope indicates a strong connection with the public.
Former US president Donald Trump, born on June 14, 1946, belongs to the zodiac sign Gemini. Interestingly, the current year is believed to be a year of success for those belonging to the Gemini. Trump's horoscope further reflects a strong personality who is blessed with fortune and can overcome crises.
According to astrology, both Kamala and Trump enjoy the support of Jupiter, the planet of good luck, fortune and best opportunities. The US media survey polls are also endorsing that there is very little margin between the popularity of the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and the Republican candidate/former US president Donald Trump.
However, in the year of Karma, Trump, like former world rulers, will also have to suffer the consequences of his past power deeds. If the stars go in favour of Harris, she may win but by a very small margin. Apparently, there is a risk factor of foreign interference in terms of computer system hacking and other undemocratic tactics can also negatively affect the election results.
In my opinion, the situation after the US elections is entirely unpredictable. There are strong chances that one party may refuse to accept the results; the demands for recounting may rise; and the protests may eventually gain momentum. Due to this, the matter would go to the Supreme Court and then the legal battle for the White House will enter into next year – 2025. In this regard, this prediction is very meaningful that Trump will reach the peak of his life in April 2025.
Another interesting forecast in my view is the transit of Pluto from November 19 to Aquarius, a zodiac sign of change, innovation and progress. I am quite hopeful that the US presidential elections to be held on November 5 will pave the way for a new era and that, due to the significance of the centre of global power, the newly elected US president will lead a world where equality, human rights and personal freedom will be the most highly prioritised focus areas.
