LAHORE
An Additional District and Sessions Judge Nadia Akram on Wednesday awarded death sentence along with 35 years jail term to one Dilawer over the charges of murder of a person and injuring four others.
The court has also imposed a fine of Rs600,000 on the convict. In case of default in payment of fine, the convict will face further jail term.
Dilawer had murdered one Arif Hussain and injured four others over a domestic issue in the area of Misri Shah. Later, police arrested Dilawer and submitted a challan against him. The court has awarded death sentence to said cover over the charges of murdering Arif Hussain while jail term has been awarded to him over the charges of injuring four persons.
