Pakistan’s Asjad, Ahsan move ahead in World Snooker

LAHORE: Pakistani snooker players Asjad Iqbal and Ahsan Ramzan have made successful start to their campaign in the IBSF World Snooker Championship 2024 in Doha, Qatar.
In his opening match Asjad Iqbal defeated Fung Kwok Wai of Hong Kong 4-2 in a closely contested match. The scores were 96-2, 25-78, 94-34, 56-48, 0-87, and 76-12.
Ahsan Ramzan also advanced into the next round defeating Esmael Abuelasal 4-1. The scores were 82-13, 61-51, 26-74, 74-15, and 86-06.
