In my opinion, the 26th Amendment represents the downfall of judicial independence and has been done for the ultimate benefit of politicians who want to enjoy power without any fears. This constitutional amendment has nothing to do with the welfare of ordinary people.
The lawmakers need to implement pro-people legislation so that the down-trodden are able to escape the current economic chaos.
