ISLAMABAD. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka’s court granted interim bail to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government officials named in the propaganda campaign against Judge Humayun Dilawar and directed an investigation.
KPK’s Special Assistant on Anti-Corruption Brigadier (retd) Muhammad Mossadeq Abbasi, Sadiq Anjum, and Umar Siddiq appeared in court along with Malik Akhtar Hussain Awan, the Advocate. Their lawyer argued that the accused were public servants implicated in the case due to nefarious motives and political revenge.
