PMA condemns abduction of doctor

LAHORE:Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) has expressed concern over kidnapping of Dr Khalid Mehmood from Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. The PMA condemned this act of violence and demanded the Punjab government take immediate action to ensure the safe and secure recovery of Dr Mehmood.
The PMA called upon the authorities to use all available resources to locate and secure his safe return and bring the perpetrators of this crime to justice. The PMA also demanded the government provide adequate security measures for all healthcare professionals in Punjab and across the country. The PMA expressed its solidarity with Dr Mehmood's family and colleagues during this difficult time.
