Zimbabwe shatter T20I records

KARACHI: Zimbabwe’s cricket team shattered several T20 International records in a 290-run win over Gambia during the Africa Sub-Regional World Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday in Nairobi.

Zimbabwe posted a massive total of 344/4, the highest score in T20 International history, breaking the previous record of 314/3 set by Nepal against Mongolia in 2023. Zimbabwe’s innings included a record 27 sixes, surpassing Nepal’s tally of 26 sixes in the same match.
