ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Science and Technology handed over all the administrative and employees-related matters of its subsidiaries to the Organisation Wing.
According to sources, a formal office order has been issued in this regard with the approval of federal secretary Science and Technology.
According to sources, the issue of NOC for the appointment and postings, transfers, promotions, house allotments, holidays, including X-Pakistan leave, international conferences, training and seminars for participation in international conferences, training and seminars is now under the Organization Wing.
Apart from this, the organization wing will participate in the meetings of the board of directors, executive committees, councils and other related bodies, while the matters of legislation, rules and regulations of the sub-departments have also been included in the responsibilities of the Organization Wing.
