Naqvi in Dubai to attend ICC Board meeting

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has reached Dubai to attend the final day of the International Cricket Council (ICC) board meeting. Naqvi is expected to brief ICC board members on Pakistan’s preparations for hosting the ICC Champions Trophy in 2025.
Before his departure, Naqvi conducted an early morning inspection of the ongoing renovation work at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, which is one of the key venues for the Champions Trophy. His briefing at the ICC meeting is aimed at updating members on the country’s readiness for the tournament, scheduled to be held from February 19 to March 9, 2025, across Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi.
