ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy.
An OSD in the Establishment Division, Sadia Sarwat Javed, who’s a Grade-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, has been transferred as additional secretary, National Security Division.
Dr Nasir Iqbal Malik, Grade-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, has been transferred from the Punjab government as an additional secretary, Cabinet Division. The prime minister has accepted the resignation of Director General Federal Water Management Cell Kifayat Zaman. According to a notification, the resignation has been accepted from August 31, 2024.
The services of deputy secretary Finance Division, Shahnaz Akhtar, and section officer, National Security Division, Hifza Batool, have been returned to the Ministry of Information.
Section Officer Nasir Masroor, awaiting appointment, has been appointed to Military Finance Wing of the Finance Division.
Section Officer Arsalan Asif has been transferred from Poverty Alleviation Division to Defence Division, while Section Officer Muhammad Jahangir has been transferred from Defence Division to Poverty Alleviation Division.
According to another notification, Deputy Controller Kohat Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Nayyer Azam has been appointed as a section officer Industries and Production Division on deputation.
The deputation of Akhtar Saeed of Secretariat Group, a Grade-19 officer, posted in Benazir Income Support Programme, has been extended till March 17, 2025. The Establishment Division has issued official notifications regarding all the orders.
