LAHORE:Hot and dry weather continued to prevail in the City here on Thursday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Met officials said continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country. They predicted that mainly dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. However, partly cloudy weather with light rain-thunderstorm was likely at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan. Thursday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Turbat where mercury reached 42°C, while in Lahore, it was 34°C and minimum was 20.2°C.
