Training in neonatal mechanical ventilation ends

SWABI: A two-day course on neonatal mechanical ventilation, aimed at strengthening neonatal care has concluded at the Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC-MTI), Swabi.The course was a collaborative effort between the University of Child Health Sciences, The Children’s Hospital Lahore, and the Department of Paediatrics/Neonatology, GKMC/BKMC-MTI, Swabi.
It covered essential topics, including both Non-Invasive and Invasive Ventilation techniques, said the spokesperson of BKMC. Head of Paediatrics Prof Dr Sajjadur Rahman, Neonatologist, Dr Inayatullah, Dr Haji Gul Afridi were the facilitators, while experts in the field of Neonatology Prof Dr Irfan Waheed, Dr. Mazhar Qadir, and others were the master trainers for the course.
