University fees are not just confined to semester and exam charges. They also include categories like sports charges, library charges, medical facility charges etc, regardless of whether the students avail these facilities or not. I believe that such fees are unjustified.
Students are not some outsiders who should be charged for using these facilities. Or, students who want to use these facilities should be charged and those who do not use them ought to be exempt.
