‘Clinic on Wheels’ schedule launched

Jhang: On the directions of the Punjab Programme Director of IRMNCH and Nutrition Programme, Dr. Khalil Ahmed, the district health administration on Monday released the weekly schedules of four medical teams of the ‘Clinic on Wheels’ programme.

District Coordinator Dr. Embreen Sarwar briefed that under the guidance of the Health CEO, Dr. Ahmed Shahzad, the weekly work plan of all four medical teams of the COW program has been implemented.

She stated that under the leadership of Dr. Nadeem Kashif, the first COW team will provide services in UC 93 on Monday and Thursday, UC 86 on Tuesday and Friday, and UC 88 on Wednesday and Saturday.

The second team, led by Dr. Syeda Laraib Arif, will serve UC 91 on Monday and Thursday, UC 89 on Tuesday and Friday, and UC 90 on Wednesday and Saturday.The third team, under the leadership of Dr. Sidra Muneer, will provide services in UC 98 on Monday and Thursday, UC 46 on Tuesday and Friday, and UC 97 on Wednesday and Saturday.

The fourth medical team of COW, led by Dr. Muhammad Zulqrnain Haider, will serve UC 96 on Monday and Thursday, UC 94 on Tuesday and Friday, and UC 95 on Wednesday and Saturday.The district coordinator also mentioned that all four vehicles are equipped with ultrasound, laboratory facilities, medicine, and other necessary equipment.
