ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Mubasher Hasan Chishti’s court adjourned the hearing while upholding the non-bailable arrest warrants for Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the case involving the illegal recovery of arms and liquor.
During the last hearing related to the case from the Bhara Kahu police station, the investigating officer appeared before the court. Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer, Raja Zahoorul Hasan, was also present. During the proceedings, the bailiff submitted a report regarding Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest warrants, indicating that these could not be executed. The court subsequently adjourned the hearing until October 23, while maintaining the arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur.
