A large number of parents, students and educators flocked to the Karachi School and Educational Supply Show (KSESS) 2024 on Saturday.
The show organised by the All About Education and Educators’ Community at a local hotel featured around 30 stalls of educational institutes and suppliers. The venue kept buzzing with visitors throughout the day as parents and students visited different stalls of schools, college and university representatives to explore academic options. Educators explored new educational tools and innovations in EdTech.
Educational suppliers, including NeoEd, Markhor3D, KarMuqabla, 3P Learning, and SimpliEd, showcased the latest innovations in EdTech and classroom essentials at their stalls.
The event also featured interactive sessions and workshops led by industry experts who talked about pressing issues and solutions in the education sector. The sessions also covered crucial themes such as AI in education, inclusive teaching, and modern strategies for enhancing learning, helping educators and parents stay ahead of the curve in an evolving educational landscape.
Speaking to The News, Rukaiya Salman, founder of KSESS, said: "Our goal is to improve and modernise education in Pakistan."
She added that the event aimed at bringing schools and suppliers under one roof for parents, students and teachers to learn about top academic options and discover new educational tools and technologies.
She said there were 12 to 13 stalls of schools and 14 stalls of educational suppliers at the event, which was welcomed by all the stakeholders, including parents and educators.
