LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has given two weeks to the Election Commission (EC) counsel for preparation of the PTI founder’s disqualification in the Toshakhana case.
The Toshakhana reference seeks a five-year disqualification for Imran Khan. Barrister Ali Zafar counsel for PTI founder completed his arguments. EC’s counsel Shahzad Shoukat sought some time as he was not aware of the LHC decision, referred to by Ali Zafar.The court while allowing the EC’s counsel request adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks.
