LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought arguments on the legal position of the Ramzan Sugar Mills reference against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday.
The court remarked whether this reference falls in the jurisdiction of NAB or otherwise after the Supreme Court decision. It directed the lawyers should give arguments on this legal point. The court accepted the exemption plea of Hamza Shehbaz.
