One of the main aims of the constitutional amendments currently being proposed is to effectively split the current responsibilities of the Supreme Court, with the proposed constitutional court to handle constitutional or political matters while the current apex court will focus on mostly civil matters.

There is a need to do the same for the office of prime minister and for all the other departments. This will greatly improve their efficiency and help remove conflicts of interest.
