ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division on Thursday announced postings and transfers in the federal bureaucracy.

Dr Mansoor Ali Wasan, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of National Health, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Marine Fisheries Department, Karachi, under Section 10 of Civil Servants Act, 1973. Ijaz Ahmed Mehsar, Grade-20 officer in the Ministry of Planning, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce.

OSD Abdul Jabbar, Grade-20 officer of Secretariat Group in Establishment Division, has been posted as Joint Secretary, National Security Division.

Farhat Abbas Fakhri, a Grade-18 officer in Civil Engineering Department, Pakistan Railways, has been posted to Pakistan Cricket Board. Ahmed Saleem, awaiting appointment in Establishment Division, has been posted as Section Officer.

The services of Mian Abdul Qadir Shah, a Grade-19 officer of Police Service awaiting appointment, have been placed at the disposal of Balochistan government.

OSD Farooq Amjad, Grade-18 officer of Police Service, has been transferred to Punjab. The appointment period of Muhammad Bedar Bakht, a Grade-17 officer of Police Service, has been extended by six months.
