Inflation has hit Pakistan very severely and has raised the price level of basic necessities such as food, fuel, education, and household items. Meeting such high living expenses has turned out to be a nightmare for most people, especially for middle and lower-income citizens. In addition, because wages fail to catch up with this inflationary rise, families find it increasingly hard to afford basic things, which has resulted in serious deterioration in the quality of life.
Long-term financial insecurity has also heightened amidst this economic instability. The government needs to intervene on an urgent basis to stabilize the prices and provide relief to the people facing this growing crisis.
