SCO Summit Twin cities to have 3 holidays
With approval of the prime minister, the Cabinet division issued a notification in this connection on Monday

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced three holidays in Rawalpindi and Islamabad from October 14 to 16 on account of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Islamabad.
With approval of the prime minister, the Cabinet division issued a notification in this connection on Monday.
“The prime minister is pleased to declare 14th, 15th and 16th October, 2024 as closed holidays within the territorial limits of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and Rawalpindi districts to facilitate the smooth conduct of SCO Council of Heads of Government,” a notification issued by the Cabinet division said.
