Quality education remains a grave challenge in this country and low quality education kills the talent of Pakistan. Fostering quality education in the rural areas of Sindh is very crucial. The Sindh Education and Literacy Department must take revolutionary steps to transform education and make impressive progress.
The biometric attendance system is a good step towards ensuring better discipline and attendance among teachers, however, there have been many allegations of teachers disappearing after they have checked-in on the system. It is suggested that education officers pay surprise visits and conduct quarterly tests/inspections to crackdown on habitually absent teachers and raise the quality of education.
