Importance of public-private collaboration to drive KP’s economic growth highlighted
Management Association of Pakistan hosts exclusive business luncheon on in Karachi
The Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) hosted an exclusive business luncheon on 2nd October 2024 in Karachi, honouring Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Faisal Karim Kundi.
The event facilitated discussions between MAP members and the governor, focusing on business development and strengthening economic partnerships in the region. Key members of the MAP delegation who attended the event included Farrukh Junaidi, Mohammad Intesar Uddin, Khalid Zaman, Ahmed Zaheer, Suleman Mehdi, Athar Abbas, Rashid Siddiqui, Kashif ur Rehman, Ali Hasan, Sameer Hussain, Dr Farhan Essa, Adnan Rizvi, Amjad Waheed, Zubair Qureshi, and Farrukh Mazhar.
The luncheon highlighted the importance of public-private collaboration to drive KP’s economic growth, particularly in innovation, infrastructure, and job creation.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi emphasized the province’s untapped potential across various sectors and the need for stronger partnerships between the government and private sector to unlock this potential and improve key areas like infrastructure and employment opportunities. As a token of appreciation for his leadership and commitment to the KP’s development, the governor was presented with a commemorative shield by the MAP delegation.
